To process your exchange request, you must provide:

• Clear photos of the item
• A clear video showing the issue
• A brief explanation of the problem
• Size or measurement details where applicable

We may be unable to approve an exchange if sufficient photo or video evidence is not provided.

30-Day Free Returns / Exchanges

Approved returns and exchanges within the 30-day period are processed free of charge when the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items Must Be

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Items ordered in the wrong size without a product fault
• Used, worn, altered, or damaged items after delivery
